Returning an Unwanted Item
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and you may want to return an item. As long as the item is in its original condition and not marked as 'Final Sale', we accept returns within the guidelines below.
None of these guidelines affect your statutory rights.

If you return an item within 28 days of receiving it, we will refund the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item at our store. If you’re unable to return the item within this timeframe but still wish to request a refund, please contact us. Refunds after this period will be at our discretion.

Please note, delivery and handling costs are not refundable.
After the Return Period
Returns for unwanted items are not accepted after the 28-day period. If you attempt to return an item after this timeframe, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and request that you cover the delivery costs.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as 'Final Sale' have been heavily discounted and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in exceptional circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Original Condition Requirements
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned for refunds, including:
- Face & Body products that have been opened, used, or if the protective seal is broken.
- Underwear where the hygiene seal is not intact or labels have been removed.
- Pierced jewelry or face coverings where the seal has been tampered with or broken.
Please ensure that items are tried on as you would in a store, but not worn. If an item is returned in a damaged, worn, or unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to provide a refund and may need to send it back to you, requesting that you cover the delivery costs. All returned items are thoroughly inspected.
Responsibility for Returns
Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our store, so please make sure they are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. It’s important to obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We are not responsible for any items mistakenly returned to us, but if we are able to locate them, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost to return them to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
